Requirements Qualification level / Education Years of experience: 6 years - 12 years of general experience professional of which 5 years - civil construction design experience Graduate of the Faculty of Civil, Industrial and Agricultural Constructions, Civil, Industrial and Agricultural Constructions section (CCIA); Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar position Master of Structural Engineering/Building Engineering/Design Civil and Industrial Construction in Seismic Zones is an advantage; Experience in public projects is an advantage (Similar experience - Key Specialist/Expert - CCIA Engineer and/or Collective Resistance Coordinator). Knowledge Experience working in the BIM system (Revit) - is an advantage; Proven experience in the development of written parts (Technical Memoirs - Phases SF, DALI, PT, DE); Experience in using software: Etabs, Mathcad, Cross Section, Robot, SAP2000; Proven experience in coordinating with specialists in complex projects/public projects; Proven experience in the development of specifications;  Knows the legislation in the field (design of resistance structures) Specific/related experience, regarding consolidation, rehabilitation and consolidation solutions within the PNRR, applicability of funding axes with impact in the specialty of resistance, etc. Essential requirements – Desirable – is an advantageAutoCADETABSKnowledge of working in the BIM system Microsoft suite (Office 365 – Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, etc). Mathcad, Cross Section, Robot, SAP2000; Knowledge – Romanian language – Fluent (written, spoken) English – Fluent (written, spoken), other languages foreign; Responsibilities Responsibilities Responsible for all project stages for the project/projects where he is assigned; Issues solutions within the Concept/pre-project stage; Performs pre-dimensioning of the resistance structure elements; Performs overall structural compliance; Dimensions the resistance structure elements according of the rules in force; Coordinates/elaborates the technical documentation - written parts and drawn parts for different phases of the project (S.F./D.A.L.I., D.T.A.C., P.T.+D.E.) Represents the company in meetings with the beneficiary, collaborators, subcontractors, as well as in with other design-related entities, for the projects they coordinate; Participates in the development of relevant operating procedures/methodologies for the calculation or modeling of structural elements; Prepares design reports and follows up on obtaining approvals from the relevant regulatory authorities; Evaluates the activity the colleagues he coordinates and contributes to improving their performance; Responsible for the overall quality of project deliverables and assigned services; Is responsible for the timely submission of deliverables for the assigned projects; Coordinates and verifies the assigned team; Coordinates and verifies the documentation developed by collaborators, subcontractors, on the strength specialty; Competent Good understanding of the laws, standards and regulations applicable in Romania for the field of constructions and their adjacent areas; Ability to technically review projects of medium complexity; The ability to contribute to the technical aspects
specific for and solutions adapted to the needs of the projectï‚· In-depth knowledge of the design codes of resistance structures for buildings;ï‚· Ability to technically review projects of high complexity and to propose solutions for optimization and structural compliance;ï‚· The ability to guide clients/beneficiaries through the process of making technical decisions and to propose alternative solutions in case there are changes to the project parameters;ï‚· Experience of at least 7 years in the development/coordination of projects for the structure discipline;ï‚· The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, the design team and technical specialists, verifiers, experts on the strength structure specialty;ï‚· In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, techniques and concepts; ï‚· Competence in risk management and solving unforeseen situations during projects.
