Job Description
The beginnings of the company's operations date back to 1871, when the first Novi Sad soap company was founded, which later grew into the first soap factory in Novi Sad. Under the name Albus, the factory has been operating since 1923 and in a short time became one of the largest producers of washing and shaving soaps, as well as the highest quality toilet soaps.
Today, Albus, as part of the "Inveja" business system, represents a renowned manufacturer, primarily on the domestic market, in the field of household chemicals and personal cosmetics, and with a wide range of other products.
After 150 years of tradition and production, our goal is the same - to produce high quality products, in order to meet the high demands of the market, but also to improve and beautify the everyday life of our consumers.
We are currently looking for an expert and motivated colleague in the position: "KAM - Key account manager". Location of work: Belgrade.

Job Description:
Participates in the creation of a sales strategy in the channel of key customers;
Analyzes business with current customers and proposes necessary measures in order to implement the business plan;
Monitors the activity and work of competitors in the KA sales channel;
Actively participates in negotiations and independently leads negotiations with key customers;
Implements the adopted strategy in direct work with key customers;
Participates in the planning of the operating costs of the sales channel;
Preparation of short-term and long-term projections of sales volume for customers in their jurisdiction, sales estimation, sales action plan and implementation of TMA activities;
Participates in monitoring the implementation of sales plans related to key customers in his jurisdiction and proposes certain corrections in order to achieve the set plans;

Conditions:
VI or VII degree of vocational education;
A minimum of four years of work experience in the FMCG industry;
Active computer skills - MS Office (advanced level);
Knowledge of the English language;
Category B driver's license - active driver
