Job Description

SOME post. Newsletters. Video narratives. Change communication. Research dissemination. Events. Stakeholder care. When children and young people become ill, life changes for the whole family - illness and practice take over and life-giving everyday activities are put on hold. At Mary Elizabeths Hospital, we build on top of the staff's high level of professionalism with a hospital experience that integrates play, homeliness and new digital possibilities. And we do it in ways that go beyond what you normally expect from a hospital, because life must be lived - even when you are ill. We have many stories "hidden" in the project and the construction and many people who need to be involved and activated until the move-in in 2027. So, are you the one who makes a video report when the big scanners move into our new, beautiful building at Rigshospitalet, or write the article about how the staff tests new work processes, fixtures and fittings? Then maybe it's you we're looking for. You must execute on a wide range of internal and external communication tasks and be a strong communicator of visual narratives with hands-on experience in video production. Your role and tasks You will have a central role in creating and delivering quality content about Mary Elizabeths Hospital to many different channels. You must support the change work internally at Rigshospitalet towards more than 1,000 clinicians moving and establishing new workflows and cultures in the new building. You must also contribute to the work of disseminating knowledge and stories externally and run events in collaboration with the various actors around Mary Elizabeths Hospital - including especially with Ole Kirk's Fond, which is part of the partnership behind the hospital. Your location and colleagues You will be part of the project team behind Mary Elizabeths Hospital and will be sitting close to the construction together with the communication manager on the project. You will also get a foot in Rigshospitalet's central communications department, where you will be part of a professionally strong environment. You will also get involved in the themes and challenges that generally occupy Rigshospitalet and in the rest of the healthcare system. You report formally to the head of press and communications at Rigshospitalet. Read more about Rigshospitalet's vision: [link removed] About you We imagine that you have experience from a similar role and are ready to take responsibility in an exciting and ambitious construction project. You are self-producing, write well and know how different content is versioned for channels and target groups. You can develop the concept, plan, film, cut, edit and complete the good video narrative. You are not afraid to move out into reality in a large hospital. You will thrive in a small unit, where the content plan is often overtaken by another reality, where we go from planned to spontaneous content. You are curious, proactive and motivated by getting things done. About Mary Elizabeths Hospital Mary Elizabeths Hospital has been created in a unique, strategic partnership between the Capital Region, Rigshospitalet and Ole Kirk's Foundation. We have now entered the final stages towards opening in 2027 and we are busy! Salary and terms of employment The position is basically a 2-year project employment of 37 hours per week with the possibility of extension. Salary and terms of employment follow the applicable collective agreement, and supplements are provided according to qualifications. Joining as soon as possible. Application and application deadline We would like to receive your CV in writing as well as a video application in which you briefly describe yourself and your motivation for applying for the position.
