As a member of our team, your tasks will include:

Installation and implementation of our solution for managing clients' documents and business processes.

Organizing and conducting technical trainings for our clients and partners.

Creation and management of technical presentations and interactive workshops for clients and partners.

Providing fast and efficient technical support to clients, both via email and phone, and on-site.

Active communication with customers to register their suggestions and needs for improving our software.

To join our team, you need:

That you have graduated from a faculty in the field of information technology (FON, ETF, PMF and other related faculties).

Knowledge of SQL is desirable (candidates with advanced knowledge of SQL will be especially appreciated).

Experience in implementing software solutions is a plus.

Understanding the business processes of different companies is also a plus.

Experience in installation and configuration of server and client operating systems (Windows, Linux).

Basic knowledge of the English language is mandatory.

That you have a "B" category driver's license.
