Expedition coordinator

We are looking for a colleague to join the team at the warehouse in Liboc, who will be a support for the expedition process, maintain direction and a fast pace. If you enjoy an active environment, can make quick decisions and like challenges, then we are looking for you!_x000D_

You will be in charge of the picking process (preparation of purchases for couriers)._x000D_
In cooperation with the dispatcher, you will manage the capacity of the day and our availability._x000D_
Further, your work will include the registration of returned purchases, the registration of returnable packaging and the inspection of shipping carts._x000D_
You will manage and monitor efficient loading, timely departures and courier loading requests._x000D_
Furthermore, operational problems (lost and damaged bags, IT errors and outages) will be dealt with._x000D_
You will propose innovations and participate in the improvement and acceleration of all processes within the expedition_x000D_

You don't need to have many years of warehouse experience, but people management experience is a big plus._x000D_

You are not afraid to talk to different people, from the courier to the boss Rohlík, and you always manage to explain to them what you are doing and what it leads to._x000D_
What you cannot do without is quick decision-making and prioritization._x000D_
You will work with us for a short and a long week in 12-hour shifts (morning from 3:30, afternoon from 10:00)._x000D_
