Master Planner

Attributions and Responsibilities: Planning and coordination: Organization and coordination of strategic meetings for all VCSTE factories, elaboration and periodic updating of the Master Plan, integrating customer requirements and the production capacities of factories and suppliers. Adaptation of supplier delivery plans according to market changes, ensuring fluidity of production and punctual deliveries to customers. Communication, negotiation and follow-up of delivery plans for suppliers outside Europe. Coordination of meetings weekly with suppliers outside of Europe. Management of the production capacity of VCST suppliers, including monitoring initiatives to increase it. Support in the logistics department in emergency situations, managing import/export activities, production planning and raw material purchases, in the absence of responsible colleagues. Monitoring and reporting: Evaluation of the performance of deliveries to customers and suppliers, with periodic reports to management and the involved departments. Proposing measures to optimize the services offered to customers and improving supplier performance. Product management: Collecting and managing information for new, modified or discontinued products. Effective planning of product transition or phase-out to minimize costs. Tracking stock levels (value and quantity) in all VCST factories and coordinating stock reduction activities where necessary. Optimization and training: Management of planning parameters (e.g. stock levels, delivery times) to optimizes the use of resources. Participation in the continuous training of the VCST team and the implementation of modern planning techniques. External relations: Maintaining the relationship with clients to ensure on-time deliveries. Managing relations with suppliers to support an optimal logistic flow. Benefits: Exchange program 1.
