ARCHITECT OR CIVIL ENGINEERING DIPLOMA
in order to join the Technical Directorate team. The responsibilities of the role include the design and preparation of architectural and other studies and the licensing of the company's stores. The position refers to the Head of the Department of Studies and Permits, of the Directorate of Studies and Constructions.
Your profile
Professional experience of at least 7 years
Experience in the architectural composition of buildings and in the preparation of application studies.
Experience in issuing Urban planning permits, in handling the electronic platform of the TEE, in arbitrary settlements and electronic identification of buildings.
Experience in real estate surveying and technical inspection.
Excellent knowledge of Town Planning Legislation
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D, 3Ds Max or other equivalent 3D visualization program and MS - OFFICE applications
Knowledge of Urban Planning Tax programs
Knowledge of MS Project, ArchiCAD, Sketchup and REVIT desired
Focus on detail and results
Ability to meet deadlines
Driver's license
Knowledge and experience in the following will be valued:
