Customer service person / Backoffice Support

Basic tasks:

Customer support by phone, e-mail and through the webshop

Processing and invoicing of orders

Written communication with customers, including drafting offers

Follow up on offers and contacts

Receiving complaints

General administrative affairs

Your profile:

Relevant business experience

Mandatory fluency in English and/or German

Computer skills (must have good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel)

Knowledge of working in the Pantheon program or a similar ERP system is desirable

Excellent communication skills

Commitment to clients

Broad-minded, dedicated and flexible personality
