Responsibilities
It helps in the preparation and baking of various confections, desserts and pastries.
Follows Pastry Chef recipes and presentation specifications.
Operates baking and pastry equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintains cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Experience and knowledge of baking techniques, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the kitchen team.
Requirements
Necessary Qualifications
Degree in Pastry or related certification.
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a related position.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the kitchen team.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Desired Qualifications
Previous hotel experience.
Familiarity with Greek and Mediterranean pastry styles.
