Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with the project team to develop the work execution schedule, using Spider Project. Update the projects weekly based on the work reports implemented at the company level. Analyze, identify and report to the Project Manager the critical activities that may cause delays or budget overruns.·Uses the critical path method (CPM) to highlight optimal work sequences and mitigate risks.·Provides support to the project team in planning, tracking progress, and implementing corrective measures to meet established deadlines.·Collaborates with management personnel And project execution, ensuring good coordination between departments.·Visits construction sites to identify critical points and proposes solutions together with the Project Manager.·Prepares monthly reports on work progress (physical and financial), cash flow, resource allocation (human, materials, equipment), centralizing data received from the departments involved (production, quality, quantities, contract management, etc.). Divide the activities into stages, according to construction methods and technical execution procedures. Use project management tools to plan and optimize time intervals. Plan emergency programs in case of changes in deadlines and analyzes the impact of these changes on the project. Ensures the permanent updating and optimization of the planning based on the actual progress of the works. Prepares impact analyzes in case of variations in time, costs or resources. Coordinates the integration of execution schedules with the financial planning of the project.
