Procurement & Third Party Management Contract Analyst Tasks We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support contract review, negotiation, and remediation processes at a global level. This role involves working with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory and policy-related contractual requirements while minimizing risk exposure and securing optimal contract terms. Conduct third-party contract reviews and gap analyses to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. Manage contract negotiation, drafting, and implementation, ensuring adherence to established procedures. Oversee third-party contract compliance and remediation efforts to mitigate risk. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support contract remediation processes. Track performance metrics and reporting requirements for compliance with internal and external regulations. Work closely with legal, sourcing teams, internal customers, and suppliers to ensure policy adherence. Operate with minimal direct supervision, demonstrating strong judgment and decision-making skills. Manage contract-related projects and track completion using Microsoft Excel. Identify and escalate issues related to contract disposition or non-compliance in collaboration with relevant teams. Requirements Legal or paralegal background (or students pursuing a relevant degree). Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1), both written and spoken. Minimum of 2 years' experience in third-party contract management, including contract drafting and vendor negotiations. Experience working within structured policies and procedures in a multinational environment. Basic understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks governing vendor contracts. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
