Job Responsibilities: Set up machines and equipment and create conditions for production capability; Intervenes and makes corrections on dimensional variations or process variations that influence the quality of the parts in order to keep the tolerances and bring the product to size; Establishes and removes deficiencies (e.g. deviations from tolerances, shortages, false marks, purchase of materials, losses), if necessary, performs subsequent repairs according to indications and documentation; Partial troubleshooting of significant irregularities (eg process disturbances) in machines, molds and installations; Starts, monitors and stops (if necessary or according to planning) the production machines; Determines the causes of defects, announces and distributes information about the description of the found defect and provides support in optimizing work processes and suggests improvements; Availability to work in 3 shifts from Monday to Friday.
