Candidate requirements: Ability to coordinate large teams, motivate and lead to performance. Previous experience in coordinating a production department, preferably in the meat industry or in a similar field. Ability to manage production flows and ensure efficient use of resources. Ability to tracks and controls processes to meet quality and food safety standards. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and in cold weather conditions. Preferably in the food industry or related fields. PC skills: MS Office operation, internet and business-specific programs production. The main responsibilities: Organizing and supervising the production flow and the activities of the directly productive staff. The responsibility to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards at each stage of the production process. The development and implementation of solutions to optimize processes, increase the efficiency of teams and maximize production capacity. Guiding staff, ongoing training and creating a collaborative work environment. Tracking and reporting department performance to support strategic management decisions. Collaborating with logistics, quality control and supply departments to ensure a continuous flow of production. Tracking incoming orders And ensuring their realization according to the specifications. Responsibility for compliance with manufacturing times and optimization of technological losses.
