Senior Architect

Actionline Ltd., is a Greek company that specializes in the provision of innovative human resources solutions, certified in Greece with ISO 9001:2015. Actionline, on behalf of its client, an Architectural Design Office, is seeking for 2 Senior Architects. As a Senior Architect will: Discuss with the client to understand their needs, preferences, and requirements Study local building regulations, urban planning requirements, and other relevant laws Evaluate different design solutions and discuss them with the client Develop detailed plans and architectural diagrams that include all aspects of the building Use design software (like AutoCAD, Revit) to create these drawings Communicate and coordinate tasks with contractors and builders Review plans and make necessary adjustments based on feedback from the client and other stakeholders Receive and evaluate feedback from the client and construction teams to improve the final outcome. Requirements: Degree in Architecture Master’s Degree will be considered a plus 4+ years of professional experience Experience with NOK and Building Permit processes along with Greek Planning Regulations Knowledge of Detail Design & Construction Documentation Excellent use of REVIT and AUTOCAD Excellent use of the Adobe Creative Suite Proficient in English Project management experience, including directing internal team & communicating with external clients and consultants Experience in innovative hospitality and high end residential Apply now!
