Joining us as a
Service Desk Operator
, you will be a part of a vibrant team who support of mission-critical applications for the European Commission, Member States and other European countries.
As a Service Desk Operator you will:
Support of mission-critical applications for the European Commission, Member States and other European countries
Communicate with European officials and national administration public sector officers, registering and assessing issues, acting as first line of support, following up and resolving them.
Conformance with ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management
Provision of monthly, quarterly, yearly as well as ad-hoc reporting
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
Degree in Information Technology or related discipline (Mathematics, Physics, etc.)
Experience with ITIL 4 processes (Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management)
Experience as Windows power user
Fluency in English (verbal and written)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communicational skills
