Our partner is a global multinational company, we are looking for a new member of the procurement team to join their factory in Eger, who will be responsible for direct procurement: Strategic procurement Duties Selection of suppliers, coordination of requests for proposals, management of price and contract negotiations; Continuous market analysis, maintaining a solid and efficient supplier base; Development of the procurement strategy for various material areas, e.g. machining parts, fasteners; Evaluation of suppliers, handling of complaints; As a member of a small and highly motivated team, maintaining close contact with partner companies (Germany, the United States, France and Hungary) and partner regions in order to make quick decisions; Cost optimization; Supply Chain support, cost reduction, quality assurance and innovation are an important part of his duties. Requirements IT qualification: excellent knowledge of SAP and MS Office; Language: English conversational language skills; Business degree with technical background or technical degree with commercial background; Experience: 5+ years of automotive purchasing experience; Experience in implementing global benchmarking, as well as in cost reduction projects, in solving complex situations; Willingness to travel for both Hungarian and international business trips; Confident negotiation skills, excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking; Flexibility, adaptability and proactivity; High level of problem solving skills; Communication skills, customer focus.
