Team leader for the Road Denmark Division

Frode Laursen, one of the largest logistics companies in the Nordics, is looking for an ambitious Team Leader for our Road Denmark Division.
Road Denmark consists of 3 divisions; Distribution, Retail and Dedicated, which each carry out transport tasks for large national and international customers.  You will sit in Distribution, and together with 3 other Team Leaders and 35 skilled dispatchers will manage the handling of transport tasks in Denmark, Southern Sweden and Northern Germany.
We imagine that you already have some experience as a manager, and are now ready to take a step up in a large organization where you will have your own team of 4 employees. You will be supported by some very competent colleagues who will ensure that you get an introduction to processes, equipment and get the Frode Laursen culture under your skin.
Your tasks:

You will be responsible for your own team, and must ensure the day-to-day operation of transport tasks, which are carried out by your own drivers and external hauliers
Practical management of your team, which includes optimal use of their resources as well as continuous development of your employees
Coordinate the operations across Road Denmark in close cooperation with the other Team Leaders
Use key figures to optimize operations, and make suggestions for improvement to the Head of Department

Your profile:

You have documented experience from the transport industry
You are an experienced user of the most common IT tools, and find it easy to familiarize yourself with new systems
You communicate fluently in writing and speaking in Danish and English
You are characterized by a good mood that rubs off on your team
You know the transport industry, which is why you don't let yourself be put off by small bumps in the road, and are quick to find relevant solutions
You are a skilled merchant and know the value of having satisfied customers
