Job Description
The reservation agent is responsible for processing and managing all reservations, whether it is for accommodation, transportation or other services offered by the company. The person in this position should provide a high level of customer service, ensuring that reservations are accurate, timely and in accordance with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Reservation processing:
Receiving, processing and confirming reservations by phone, e-mail, online platforms or in person.
Communication with clients: Providing information on availability, prices, terms and services, and responding to client inquiries and requests in a professional manner.
Coordination with other departments: Cooperation with accommodation, transportation and other services departments to ensure a smooth reservation process.

Schedule management:
Monitoring and updating the schedule, confirming the status of reservations and possible changes.
Payment tracking: Payment verification and processing of financial transactions related to reservations.
Troubleshooting: Solving possible problems related to reservations, such as cancellations, changes or data errors.
Updating data:
Regular updating of the reservation database, as well as monitoring and input of relevant information.
Providing superior customer service: Ensuring high quality service and customer satisfaction through professional and friendly behavior.
Qualifications:
Minimum secondary education, preference is given to candidates with experience in tourism, hotel management or sales.
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs for reservations or management systems.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to work under pressure, multitasking and organizational skills.
Knowledge of foreign languages (advantage: English, German, Italian).
Orientation towards the user, kindness and professionalism in work.
