Overview Doveworth Limited, a world leading construction and engineering company, is looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our operational functions and ensuring that our projects run smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Scope The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments within Doveworth Limited. This position involves coordinating office activities, managing schedules, managing correspondence, and assisting with project documentation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in increasing productivity and maintaining an organized work environment. Duties and Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the office, including answering the phone, greeting visitors and answering questions. Schedule meetings and meetings for management and project teams. Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports and presentations. Maintains filing systems for both electronic and paper documents. Assists in the preparation of project documentation such as contracts, proposals and reports progress.Coordinate travel arrangements for staff as needed.Support financial administration by processing invoices and expense reports.Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative duties.Skills, Knowledge, and Experience requiredProven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role in the construction or engineering industry is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills written. Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in work output. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of basic accounting principles is an advantage.
