ASSET MANAGER

Management of property documentation for managed real estate assets, including archiving and indexing of documentation in the Data Archive; Checking and ensuring compliance of property documentation (permits, cadastre, legal documents, etc.) with current legislation and applicable technical standards Analysis and integration of documentation related to new construction projects, remodelling, tenant arrangements in property documentation; Selection and coordination of external collaborations for updating cadastral plans, preparation and authentication of legal documentation, obtaining the necessary certifications for managed assets, registering documentation at the Land Registry and ONCPI; Management of internal projects related to asset management (e.g. BIM, digital data archive, etc.); Participation active in sustainability initiatives and new asset management projects; maintaining effective communication with internal and external clients and providing periodic reports on the status of documentation and performance of managed assets;
