The housing offers are anchored in the organizational unit Housing & Activity Offer Guldborgsund.Lindevang, located at The Saxenhøj register consists of 4 offers, operated according to the Service Act §§ 107 and 108 as well as 84: Lindebo with 14 places + 2 temporary clarification and investigation places, where the target group is citizens with psychiatric diagnoses Kærbo with 6 places. The target group is citizens with psychiatric diagnoses who benefit from living in a smaller offer Kløverbo with 4 places. The target group is citizens within psychiatry and/or developmental disabilities with a need for high shielding. Kastanjebo with 4 places. The target group is citizens within psychiatry and/or developmental disabilities with a need for very high screening. You must continue to integrate both social work and health professional skills for the benefit of citizens.  You will have an active role in competence development, where everyone must go through a course with the implementation of LA2, just as there is a focus on the implementation of Rehabilitative Recovery, etc. In addition, you will have a special managerial task of supporting the housing service planner in relation to ensuring the core task based on the financial framework. The position includes a wide range of management tasks and a large independent management space which is defined in collaboration with Natasja Lundh. Team coordinators are assigned to assist you in professional development. The total management range at the whole of Lindevang amounts to approx. 70 employees.
