Technical Olympic Group of Companies is looking for a Construction Manager for residential construction projects in Germany Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field Over 7 years of experience in Construction Management and supervision of residential construction projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CAD Systems Experience in monitoring time scheduling and project management systems Excellent command of the Greek and German language In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail.
