As an aftermarket trainee, it is an advantage if you have technical flair while also being able to advise and guide our customers. You will be part of a strong aftermarket team of approx. 40 employees where we take pride in providing customers with the best possible service. Therefore, it means something to us - and to you - to give customers a good experience from the moment the car is handed over to us. In our department in Odense SV you will have over 60 colleagues, but nationally we have approx. 650 employees. Because we are so big in the industry, there are good career opportunities for you afterwards.
As an aftermarket student, you get a good insight into both registration and stock/spare parts. In registration, you receive the customers when they hand in their car and follow them on their journey until the car is returned. On spare parts, you learn how to order the right spare parts, pick spare parts for our technicians at the workshop and stock management. Your education
The training as an Aftermarket Apprentice is a practical course of 2 years, where you alternate between administration, back office, aftermarket and customer contact. The school course takes place at Mommark, which is part of Business College Syd. The course is structured in a flexible structure, where we, together with the school, have the opportunity to combine several of the theoretical education subjects so that they suit you as best as possible. Specifically, you will receive training from industry-trained teachers and business partners, and you will achieve the following:

Good understanding of the automotive industry, its products and services
Customer service skills
Methods for planning and managing work
Tools to act as an effective problem solver
A community and a network that you will benefit from in the future

Qualifications
The most important thing for us is that you are ready to learn. If you come with the passion and motivation, we will come with the tools so that you can both learn and develop.
As a person, you have a natural flair for talking to new people. You may have worked in customer service, where you experienced praise for your approachable personality. Busyness does not scare you away, and you tackle challenges with a smile and a good attitude.
You are structured and understand the importance of keeping things under control - both for your own sake, that of your colleagues and your customers.
Start-up on 1 May 2025, but we are happy to wait for the right one. 
EUX and HHX students have direct access to the student place. STX, HF and HTX students need a supplementary 5-week EUD-S course with trade specialization. EUD students with access to the trade specialization can also apply for a student place.
