What will you be in charge of?_x000D_
Organization and provision of transport from and to our plant_x000D_
Invoicing and preparing the shipment of the finished product to the customer_x000D_
Searching for new transport options, possibly new carriers_x000D_
Creation and approval of transport requests_x000D_
Active cooperation with the purchase and planning department_x000D_
Work on projects dedicated to logistics_x000D_
Reporting results for separation_x000D_
Checking and updating internal logistics procedures_x000D_
Improving existing processes in the area of import/export_x000D_
Reporting data to Intrastat_x000D_
Calculation of goods receipt_x000D_
What do we expect from you?_x000D_
Good knowledge of working on a PC (MS Office, especially Excel)_x000D_
Basic knowledge of AJ (everyday email communication)_x000D_
Knowledge of customs issues_x000D_
Good communication skills_x000D_
Appetite and ability to learn new things_x000D_
Proactivity and teamwork skills_x000D_
Responsibility and independence_x000D_
Knowledge of logistics processes inside the company is an advantage_x000D_
