Job Description
Hjemmplejen Kerteminde is looking for skilled SSH or SSA for substitutes, as well as replacements with home care experience for replacement during the summer holidays 2025. We are looking for colleagues who can replace the permanent staff during holidays and illness. There are 2 substitutes on day shift from 1.4.25- 31.8.25, where you choose the hours yourself, between 30-37 hours a week, and the option to choose whether you want to work each 2nd or 3rd weekend. Summer holiday substitutes are offered today and evening shift, in the period 1.6.25-31.8.25. It is possible to choose mixed shifts. Flexible hours between 28-37 hours are also offered, Joining 1.4.25 or 1.6.25 We work with self-governing teams in home care, where in your daily work you will be in close interaction with nursing, rehabilitation therapists and visitation. We have triage daily and team meetings every week, where we discuss citizen processes and initiatives in relation to creating the best processes, in consultation with the citizens. Overall, we want to "move closer together on the bus". In order to ensure the most optimal processes for the citizens, there is a need for us to bring interdisciplinarity and perspectives into play. We make our own driving lists and have a systematic review of fixed routes, where we adapt the driving lists, according to the agreements we have made with the citizens. We have colleagues employed to take care of cleaning tasks for the citizens and therefore have very few cleaning tasks in the homes, for citizens where it has been assessed that it requires a professional, or in citizen's home where we have started a rehabilitation process, where we clarify options for retraining the citizens to handle all or parts of the cleaning task independently. As an employee in the home care Kerteminde municipality, you will become part of a team, with close colleagues, but also have to function in the larger context, across the teams. In the day shift, there are 8-10 routes per team. We work with desired plans, where you can wish to work every 2nd or 3rd weekend and help make the shift plan for the next 12 weeks yourself.
