Civil Construction Engineer

Job Announcement Ideal Candidate: - Completed higher education: Technical University of Construction (Specialization: Construction Engineer); - Required experience: minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position; - Knowledge in business, construction and advanced technologies; - Experience in using computers: Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and of the Internet, at an advanced level; - Demandingness, firmness, consistency in action; - Communication and teamwork skills, negotiation skills; - Rigor in meeting deadlines accurately and in drafting documents (structure, ordinance, pedantry);- Dynamic person, oriented towards results;- Knowledge of the English language - experienced level. Description of the job duties:- Ensures the verification of the technical plans related to the commercial spaces in development, redevelopment and relocation;- Responds to the technical requests received from the tenants, to clients or partners; - Coordinates and implements capital repair or investment activities; - Moves to the field and checks the condition of the buildings owned by the company, the way the tenants maintain these spaces; - Follows the development of the contracts with the tenants on issues of administrative in nature; - prepares different situations and reports, in real time or at the deadlines requested by the management, related to the rental contracts; - monitors the budgets and ensures compliance with the established costs; - organizes periodic meetings to discuss the progress and to solve the problems that arise in the execution of the development works of the spaces that will enter the rental circuit; - Complies with the regulations and technological requirements for execution; - Proposes strategies and solutions for the optimization of activities; - Prepares the necessary documentation for the tabulation of the property spaces companies, based on existing cadastral files.
