QA/QC Engineer
in Palas.
Position Summary
: QA/QC Engineer is responsible for the company to fulfill legal requirements and requirements derived from quality procedures. Follows the implementation of procedures with subcontractors, the process of laboratory tests for various samples of materials and ensures that everything is in accordance with the standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To ensure that the company fulfills legal requirements and requirements derived from quality procedures;
To improve and implement company procedures;
To follow the audit of each department for the implementation of quality procedures according to the company;
Follow-up of the process carried out by the engineers assigned to the facility for taking samples and analyzing them in laboratories accredited and licensed by DPSH.
Ensure that test results, monitoring process and data recording are documented;
Preparation of quality files for specific import materials that cannot be analyzed in our laboratories;
Monitoring the implementation of quality in various technological processes during the implementation of works
Drafting of recipes for special concretes and mortars;
Drafting of minutes for poor quality materials and works;
Completing the relevant quality documentation for each facility;
Follow-up of quality control of works for all construction sites;
Oversee work items to ensure quality standards compared to technical specifications;
Assists teams or subcontractors to implement information that impacts process improvement and resolution of quality issues;
Periodically conducts training of technical staff for quality;
Other tasks assigned to him;
Education:
Possess a university degree in Civil Engineering, position-specific qualifications preferred.
Other qualifications:
Have work experience in Civil Works (construction and finishing works);
Certificate showing participation in specific quality courses;
Very good knowledge of quality standards;
Very good knowledge of the English language;
Ability to work in a team and find solutions;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Very good knowledge in the use of computer programs (Microsoft Office package, etc.).
