Maintenance Engineer

The company Forma Ideale d.o.o. based in Kragujevac is looking for a new team member in the position of Maintenance Engineer.

Job Description:

manages and controls ongoing and preventive maintenance of machines, equipment, and infrastructure facilities; 

delegates tasks within the organizational part he manages, distributes work duties, coordinates the execution of set tasks and controls work results; 

maintains documentation on malfunctions and planned preventive maintenance; 

prohibits working with equipment in the sector where the safety systems are not functioning or are defective or is in such a condition that it may cause danger to the health of employees or the property of the Company; 

proposes improvements to the work process, in accordance with the written procedure; 

creates instructions for handling and maintenance of machines and equipment, records of interventions on equipment, machine maps, failure trees, documentation related to Lean manufacturing (WCM);

performs tasks of preventive maintenance of machines and equipment: preparation of proposals for procurement of spare parts, proposals for preventive replacement of parts, definition of optimal processing regimes on machines from the point of view of machine maintenance, management of records of interventions on equipment, provides professional training to employees in the maintenance service as well as operators of machines or operators of installed equipment, for which he is professionally trained by authorized service personnel of equipment manufacturers, etc.;

performs emergency maintenance: determining the cause of failure of parts, machines and equipment, eliminating the cause of machine failure, eliminating machine and equipment failure, making analysis of failure and downtime of machines and equipment; 

performs tasks of preparation and implementation of planned overhauls of machines and equipment, as well as preparation of reports and minutes on overhauls and commissioning of machines after service interventions or planned overhauls; 

performs tasks of cooperation and contacts with external service providers, authorized service houses of manufacturers of equipment and machines, as well as work on eliminating downtime through teleservice;

Application requirements:

VII degree of vocational education;

minimum of two years of work experience in the same or similar position;

ability to work in a team and solve problems independently;

analytical and proactive;

excellent organizational and communication skills.

preferred knowledge of PLC operation, as well as machine and process automation
