FOOD TECHNOLOGY ENGINEER (m/f)

Place of work: Herceg Novi, Montenegro

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Supervision and monitoring of the technological production process according to the set parameters and standard requirements, from the input raw material to the final product;

Regular care of the implementation of the HACCP quality system;

Coordination, organization and scheduling of team and individual work;

Acquaintance of new employees in the sector with their tasks, responsibilities and powers and training of executors in the process of pasteurization and production of fermented products;

Implementation of safety and health measures at work;

Identifying and reporting on all non-conformities during the technological process;

Proposing and participating in the implementation of measures to improve and progress the sector's work and goals.

EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

VSS – graduate engineer of food technology (Preference is given to graduate engineers of animal products);

Minimum 2 / 5 years of work experience in the same or similar jobs;

Computer skills - intermediate/advanced level;

Knowledge of the English language - intermediate/advanced level;

Category B driver's license.
