You will be part of our front-end team, which handles 1st & 2nd line support at the Service Desk and On-site support at our approx. 60 locations. What they all have in common is that IT solutions are tools that "just" need to work for their everyday life. Your Profile: You are a trained IT supporter or have acquired similar skills. You have practical experience with IT support. You can meet everyone from politicians to care staff at eye level. You are passionate about providing good service. You are aware of the importance of working from processes and procedures. proactive for the work with good IT support. What we can offer: You will be employed as an IT supporter in IT & Digitization, where we are 18 employees divided into 3 areas: IT operations, Digitization & IT security. You will be part of the IT operation & service area with 9 employees. Together with 2 colleagues, you will form our front-end team. The position is a permanent position of 37 hours per week, and the position is wanted to be filled as soon as possible. Your physical location will be at the Town Hall in Kerteminde. It is a requirement that you have a driving license for an ordinary car. It is also a requirement that you can present a clean criminal record.
