Job Description:

Prepares documentation for posting;

Post and archive incoming/outgoing invoices;

Calculates and records the expenses of official trips in the country and abroad as necessary;

Participates in the preparation of documentation for VAT control (prints the book, checks all monthly entries, fills out VAT tables and reconciles accounts);

Post all other business transactions as needed;

Compares cards with suppliers and customers.

Conditions:

Secondary vocational education (IV SSS), economic orientation;

Previous work experience in the same or similar jobs is desirable, working in an international environment is an advantage;

Analytical and precise;

Teamwork;

Expressed flexibility, ability to work under pressure and perform multiple jobs in parallel;

Knowledge of the English language is an advantage;

Knowledge of working in Navision or a similar ERP system is an advantage.
