Warehouseman

Responsibilities:

Responsibility for all goods in the warehouse. Receiving the goods in the warehouse, signing the receipt.

Issuance of goods and delivery notes for goods, regular monthly list of goods.

Unloading of goods from containers and trucks, sorting, palletizing, binding with stretch film, repositioning.

Declaring all goods in the warehouse: printing and pasting declarations on tires and goods.

The use of forklifts and hand pallet trucks when loading and unloading goods, stacking pallets in the rack for easier work.

He is responsible for the correctness of the forklift and is obliged to inspect it daily before starting work.

He especially takes care of the condition of the battery, regularly checks the acid level and refills it if necessary.

Assembly and disassembly of solid, pneumatic and, if necessary, PON-s tires on a hydraulic press according to the prescribed procedure. 

Conscientiously uses all assembly and disassembly tools, rings and press.

Going to the field, removing the rim from the forklift and returning the rims with newly installed tires (this is an exception, to assist the TIRE SERVICE MAN in the field when necessary).

Delivery of tires to the customer's address, to the courier or sending the goods by courier service.

Participation in making an order for the purchase of goods (according to the needs in the warehouse).

Compiling the following reports: on the number of assemblies/disassembly performed, weekly/monthly/quarterly, recording the number of trips to the field to remove the wheels from the forklift and returning them (specified). Important because of the bonus.

Obligation to send regular, weekly and monthly reports by order of the director.

Notifies about needs and procures office and warehouse materials, household chemicals, etc. 

He takes care of the neatness, appearance, registration, service, warehouse and condition of the pickup truck he uses.

Delivery of documentation to the accountant, removal of mail and waste (stacking old tires).

Stacking old tires for waste and recycling in front of the warehouse.

He is obliged to use all assigned personal protective equipment.

Performs other tasks in accordance with professional qualifications, as directed by the Director.

He is responsible for the quality assurance policy, as well as for the implementation of the Labor Law, the Law on Safety and Health at Work, the Law on Fire Protection and other legal regulations related to the company's activities.

Qualifications:

School preparation is not decisive, but the desire to work.

A valid driver's license of category B is mandatory (plus if you have category E, van of 3.5T (B) + trailer); Driving experience of at least 2 years is important.

It is desirable that the candidate knows how to use Excel and Outlook.

Experience in a similar job is desirable, the work is manual, requires neatness and good organization.
