Procurement Manager

Smart energy saving d.o.o. deals with the design, installation and maintenance of air conditioning, ventilation, heating and refrigeration systems. We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team and contribute to our further growth and development.

Your duties:

Planning, organizing and controlling the work of the procurement department Procurement of materials from the country and abroad

Preparation of the procurement plan in accordance with the sales plan 

Price formation 

Monitoring and control of procurement costs 

Cooperation with forwarders and preparation of import and export documentation

Collection of data on manufacturers and suppliers of goods on the domestic and foreign markets 

Negotiating technical, business and transport conditions of purchase 

Negotiating quantity, delivery terms and payment methods 

Inventory management 

Advertising of low-quality delivered goods 

Maintaining contacts with permanent and potential partners 

Visiting specialized fairs

Qualifications:

Diploma in economics, management or a similar discipline

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the position of procurement manager or similar position

Excellent knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management

Ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with suppliers

Excellent analytical and organizational skills

Knowledge of the English language

Computer skills, including MS Office suite and procurement management software
