CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Minimum III level of professional education in the field of mechanical engineering and metal processing
- Work experience in the same or similar jobs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Works on a universal milling machine and a vertical shaper.
- Processes surfaces of machine elements both external and internal.
- Performs all operations with standard and auxiliary tools.
- Participates in work to eliminate faults on the milling machine and vertical shaper.
- Operates a column grinder for sharpening tools-knives for processing on the milling machine and shaper.
- Operates a machine saw in preparation for making new machine parts.
- Works on universal lathes of all types.
- Performs highly complex and precise tasks on universal lathes.
- Manufactures machine elements from all types of steel, non-ferrous metals, rubber, graphite, plastic, textolite, etc., according to drawings and samples.
- Manufactures the most complex tools with great precision.
- Manufactures machine elements with additional devices such as a portable grinder, portable polisher, as well as auxiliary tools for polishing and threading tools.
- Prepares surfaces of parts for electrolytic deposition of nickel, copper, and chrome by machine processing.
- Participates in work to eliminate faults on universal lathes.
- Operates a column grinder for sharpening cutting tools for processing on a universal lathe.
- Operates a machine saw in preparation for making new machine parts.
- If necessary, operates an EM crane with hanging controls for placing and removing heavier workpieces on a universal lathe, or on machine tools, as well as handling heavier workpieces in the workshop.
- Operates manual and electric hand tools (hand grinder, drill, etc.).
- Performs intermediate and final control of workpieces manufactured.
- Maintains cleanliness and hygiene of the work area.
- Performs other tasks as instructed in accordance with professional and work capabilities, work, and safety procedures.
