Newly established Speech-hearing consultant/speech therapist for PPR

About the position PPR Lolland is looking for a speech and hearing consultant for a permanent full-time position of 37 t/h for day care and the school area. As a speech and hearing consultant in PPR, you carry out a number of varied tasks, such as consultative tasks with advice and guidance, observations and investigations, various teaching courses and communication tasks. internal professional sparring and interdisciplinary sparring. Our starting point is solution-oriented and our focus is always on how we, in cooperation with children, parents, professionals and others around the children, can create a change. Sometimes it can be consultative approaches and other times this can require a more individualized knowledge of the child's special needs, which is why we also carry out speech therapy examinations and guide based on this knowledge. We are looking for a profile that wants to work both monodisciplinary and interdisciplinary in practice to develop children's speech and language skills as much as possible in the child's learning environment. This is in close interdisciplinary collaboration with other disciplines that are also anchored in PPR. Your partners in day care and schools will be management, teachers and pedagogues. About PPRPPR is a decentralized unit organized under the School and Day Care Sector. The unit is located on 2 land registers, in Nakskov and Maribo. PPR has 42 employees with various skills. The organization works to support children and young people's learning, development and well-being, so that they become as skilled as they can be. We are looking for a speech-hearing consultant who professionally: Is rooted in a resource-oriented view of children's language development and participation opportunities in the learning community Can participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with other professional groups in PPRE Is good at building professional relationships and enters effortlessly into collaboration with both professionals and parents Is trained as a speech therapist, audiologist or has a pedagogical diploma in speech therapy, preferably a hearing module.
