Support of the business manager - processing documents from suppliers, reporting turnover and bonuses, evaluating events and other frequent outputs,...issuing credit notes...(daily routine work with Excel!)_x000D_
Internal communication with individual departments - controlling, customer service, marketing, operation_x000D_
Securing action documents from suppliers, setting up and checking action tools_x000D_
External communication with suppliers (adding data, correcting inaccuracies, approval...)_x000D_
Work with the internal system (DWH, Pharmis, Magento, work with exports, accounting tables...)_x000D_
What should you not be missing?_x000D_
good working knowledge of PC, MS Office, Excel (knowledge of SVyhledat function!)_x000D_
independence, excellent organizational and communication skills_x000D_
