OPERATOR ONLINE STORE ORDERS

We are looking for an internal colleague for the position of Online Store Order Operator. Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage, so we invite all people who want to create or recreate a career to apply and we will consider one or more of the following aspects as advantages: Minimum 6 months experience in processing orders / call center / customer care and invoicing Experience in managing an online platform (WooCommerce / Shopify / Open Cart / Gomag / Content Speed etc.)Knowledge of marketing/photo editing/branding/content writing or copywriting is an advantage High school and/or university graduate Calm person, with communication skills Good knowledge of using PC (Package Office) Proficient in English - intermediate to advanced level We are interested in you being people-oriented and enjoying working in a team. You will process online orders Emag/Fabi website/other platforms You will track deliveries and ensure that all orders have been delivered without incident You will follow reviews and questions on Emag You will take over and resolve complaints You will contact customers for product replacement/ order confirmation/ delivery deadline update You will update stocks/pictures products/descriptions You will add products to emag/Fabi's own website/other platforms You will prospect the market in search of new promotion/sales methods, both B2C and B2B You will carry out other activities related to customer care/online store administration/junior marketing
