Tasks
Quality management and its supervision
Development of quality control plans
Supervision of quality control of production processes
Creating quality reports and feedback
Analysis of quality data and implementation of improvements
Day-to-day management of the PQC team, including performance evaluation to ensure effective operations
Close contact with manufacturing, engineering, R&D and procurement to effectively manage quality issues
Expectations
Education - College or university degree in a relevant field
Experience - Minimum 3 years in PQC or Quality Management
Professional and technical skills
Knowledge of 5S quality management and its conscious application
Knowledge of quality control tools (5S, FMEA, SPC, etc.)
Confident use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and quality control software
Experience in FMEA, MSA, SPC, 5Why, 8D, Control Plan, Minitab tools
Precise, analytical and problem-solving way of thinking
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
An attitude suitable for independent and teamwork
Effective time management and meeting deadlines
