Procurement and import officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and organized person for the position of Procurement and Import Officer, who will be a key support for our team in the procurement and management of the import of goods. Your responsibilities will include:

Organization of procurement of products from domestic and foreign suppliers.

Coordination of the import process, including customs clearance and logistics.

Stock monitoring and ensuring optimal stock levels.

Communication with suppliers, forwarders and customs services.

Preparation and processing of documentation for import and procurement.

Market analysis and proposing new suppliers and products.

Communication with drivers and vehicle maintenance (6 vans).

What we look for from candidates:

Mandatory experience in similar positions.

Good knowledge of the English language.

Knowledge of working in the MS Office package (especially Excel).

Organization, analytical and resourceful in different situations.

Knowledge of the import process and customs regulations is an advantage.
