Construction site manager

Job description:

organizes the work of the construction site in accordance with the projects and plans of the construction site;

assigns workers according to the defined work dynamics;

organizes and plans the procurement of materials for the construction site of which he is the manager;

keeps a construction diary and a construction book;

submits data to the competent service for the preparation of invoices and/or situations, calculation of the performed state, calculation of subsequent works and surplus works;

makes contact with the investor's supervisory bodies, persons for OSH and other representatives of the investor at the construction site;

takes care of the proper use and disposal of tools and means of work by workers on the construction site;

keeps records of the daily attendance of all workers at the construction site of which he is the manager, fills in records of the number; working hours and performance of each worker;

organizes, monitors and controls the work of contractors and subcontractors;

controls the quality of the works performed, the materials that are installed, as well as the overall work, discipline and hygiene at the construction site;

organizes and maintains construction documentation;

controls, responds and implements safety and health measures at work, as well as the application of HTZ measures on the construction site itself
analyzes and timely points out the shortcomings or non-conformities of the project documentation (PZI), on which he compiles a written report;

prepares reports and collects data on the occurrence of unforeseen or subsequent works;

as a representative of the investor, works on the handover of works on the building and preparation of the final calculation;

applies work instructions and instructions on BZNR measures;

performance of other tasks by order of the direct manager for which he is trained and has professional qualifications.

Required skills, knowledge, experience:

minimum 6.1 level of vocational education, construction engineer, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering;

at least 3 years of work experience in similar jobs;

developed organizational and analytical skills, ability to work in a team, work with people and work in a dynamic environment
high degree of organization, ability to make quick and analytical conclusions;
