Sales Executive in Contract Logistics
to join our dynamic team in Belgrade Serbia.
As a Sales Executive in Contract Logistics, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of logistics services. Have you got a strong background in Contract Logistics, Bonded Warehousing, Custom Clearance, Last mile, in the Serbia? The Sales Executive Contract Logistics plays a key role in developing and maintaining business relationships with clients in the logistics industry, as well as in selling logistics solutions tailored to client needs.
Responsibilities:
Creating and implementing a sales strategy for logistics services, including identifying market opportunities, analyzing competition, and setting sales goals.
Nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients and identifying new clients to achieve continuous business growth.
Analyzing and understanding the specific needs of clients related to transportation, warehousing, distribution, and other logistics services to offer appropriate solutions.
Preparing and presenting proposals for logistics services, negotiating terms and prices, and reaching agreements in line with the interests of the company and clients.
Collaborating with operational and financial teams to ensure efficient implementation of agreed services and compliance with quality standards.
Monitoring client satisfaction by collecting feedback to continuously improve services and maintain customers’ loyalty.
Monitoring the budget for sales activities, as well as analyzing costs and revenues to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
Keeping track of changes and trends in the industry, such as new technological solutions, changes in transportation and warehousing needs, to keep the company competitive.
Representing the company at industry trade shows and conferences to promote services and attract new clients.
Regularly reporting on sales results, achieving goals, and making suggestions for further development of sales activities.

To qualify the role you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field. Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics will be considered an asset.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the supply chain or logistics industry.
Knowledge of customs clearance procedure will consider a plus.
Good knowledge of English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others.
