Job Description
We are looking for an associate in the field of personnel administration! In this position, you will deal with keeping employee records, preparing contractual documents and processing sick leave, while ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Also, you will be a key support for managers and internal teams in the implementation of the HR process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordination and monitoring of personnel administration processes, while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Keeping records of employees in the SAP system and preparing contract documents.
Registration, deregistration and delivery of documentation to competent institutions (PIO, RFZO, Ministry of Labour).
Processing sick leave, coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely reimbursement of funds.
Implementation of organizational changes and administrative support for managers in the SAP system.
Collection and processing of data, preparation of reports and maintenance of databases.
Cooperation with internal teams, external partners and institutions for the efficient realization of the process.

QUALIFICATIONS:
VII level of social oriented education.
Knowledge of the English language.
Previous work experience in the same or similar positions of 2 years.
Knowledge of working in SAP.
Experience in working with MS Office programs.
