Senior Purchaser / Procurement Operative Manager

Our partner, market leader, dynamically developing company in the trade of large machines. We would like to expand their team with an experienced and committed Purchaser, who would create the framework and process of the procurement processes and include the entire activity in the SAP system. Senior Purchaser / Procurement Operative Leader Duties Development of procurement processes, implementation in the SAP system Management of the procurement of the necessary products and services while adhering to the defined budget and deadlines. Building relationships and nurturing business relationships with existing and new suppliers. Selection of suppliers, request for quotations, evaluation and comparison. Conducting negotiations with suppliers (prices, delivery terms, contractual conditions). Preparation of contracts and determination of procurement conditions. Optimizing procurement processes, increasing cost efficiency. Processing orders and overseeing inventory management. Monitoring deliveries, ensuring deadlines. Supplier performance and participation in quality control processes. Monitoring procurement data, creating analyzes and reports. Requirements Higher degree in economics or technology (logistics, procurement, transport management an advantage). Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Extensive knowledge of procurement processes, contracting and supplier quality control. Independent and proactive work, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Precision, organizational skills and effective time management. Openness to new challenges, flexibility and ability to work in a team. Confident English language skills (oral and written). Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), experience in using enterprise management systems (e.g. SAP an advantage).
