akYtec was founded in 2010 by a group of engineers and designers of industrial automation devices. The production of our devices is located in Nis, in the area of ​​the former Electronic Industry, on over 6000m2, and our colleagues from the development, technical support and sales sectors are also located in Belgrade, Hanover and Berlin.

We produce devices that offer various solutions in the field of industrial automation: PLC controllers, programmable relays, process indicators and displays and many other devices.

The specificity of our production is that the complete product is ours - from development, through the assembly of printed circuit boards and plastic boxes of devices, to the very cardboard boxes for packaging.

Job description
:

Operational work on the procurement process - direct and indirect

Monitoring of orders, deadlines, complaints

Constant monitoring of production plans, current and strategic, in order to provide material on time

Analysis of market trends and identification of new suppliers

Negotiations with suppliers on delivery dates, prices and quantities of materials

Development and maintenance of good business contacts with key suppliers, as well as evaluation of suppliers

Cost optimization and procurement process improvement

Collaborating with internal teams to understand their needs

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Constant work on the improvement of ISO standards in a specific area

Preparation of reports and analysis of procurement performance

Optimization and procurement of consumables for all sectors

Work experience:

College education, preferably with an economic orientation

Two to three years of work experience in the same jobs

Experience in direct procurement for production needs (work with SMT components is an advantage)

English language, minimum B2 level
