SUPERVISOR FOR CNC DEPARTMENT, DAY WORK

The CNC department has highly automated production lines, consisting of CNC lathes with associated robot cells. PRIMARY WORK TASKS
Among other things, you will get to work with the following tasks:

Troubleshooting and optimization of programs for our CNC lathes and associated robots
Supervision and guidance for colleagues in the department
Further development and optimization of the department's operations
Preparation of documentation of the department's processes
Problem solver for colleagues' professional and technical challenges.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
You are a trained industrial technician and have a high professional and technical level, which gives you the courage to challenge and raise the professionalism of your colleagues. It will be an advantage if you have in-depth knowledge of programming Nakamura lathes with Fanuc controls as well as KUKA robots. Your experience puts you in a strong position for the task with us, where you will become the department's problem solver.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
You will have your permanent base in our CNC department together with 20 colleagues. The department's responsibility is to ensure the correct flow of components for further production in the rest of the value chain. We work with a short lead time, so quick and efficient changeover is important so that we can meet the customers' needs in a timely manner. The position is on our day shift, where the standard time is 07:00-15:40/07:00-14:40, however with the possibility of +/- 1 hour flex.
