Keeping technical records of sacred objects or orders, residential and non-residential premises in real estate administration_x000D_
– responsibility for flawless and complete record keeping of sacred orders._x000D_
Performing initial passporting and continuous updating of technical data for sacred objects._x000D_
Ensuring technical management on sacred orders._x000D_
Securing price offers for demand management._x000D_
Ensuring emergency repairs and service interventions, cooperation with maintenance._x000D_
Responsibility for comprehensive and complete provision of technical management, emergency repairs and service interventions on all sacred orders._x000D_
Ensuring revisions and regular tests of technical equipment according to safety standards and technical regulations_x000D_
– responsibility for the timely provision of these tests and revisions._x000D_
Active participation in complaints procedures, keeping records of complaints - responsibility for timely application and subsequent management of complaints procedures._x000D_
Active cooperation with subcontractors and suppliers._x000D_
Cooperation in solving insurance events._x000D_
Ordering, managing, checking and recording work within the scope of established powers._x000D_
Responsibility for checking supplier invoices._x000D_
Work in the company's internal systems._x000D_
Participation in owners' meetings and SVJ committee meetings._x000D_
Active participation in providing emergency services._x000D_
