Job Description
Quality control of raw materials and products in all stages of grape processing and wine production
Participation in all manipulative operations with grapes and wine (processing, pouring, filtering, bottling, etc.)
Monitoring of laws and regulations in the field of wine production
Management and control of HACCP
Performing chemical analyzes that provide parameters essential for the quality and correctness of wine
Responsibility for the accuracy of data obtained by chemical analyses
Keeping records, production sheets and organic certification

Requirements for applicants:
VI or VII degree of professional education, Faculty of Technology, Food Biotechnology or Biochemical Engineering or Faculty of Agriculture, Plant Production.
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in wine production.
Preference is given to candidates with at least 1 year of work experience in production and quality control of wine and spirits, as well as candidates who have experience in managing and applying HCCP and FSSC22000 standards.
