Workshop assistant for Truck Workshop in Esbjerg

Skifter Lastbil is looking for a workshop assistant for our department in Esbjerg. Your primary tasks will be workshop invoicing and assistance to the foreman team, including various administrative tasks. We are in Esbjerg, a team of approx. 20 employees divided between workshop, warehouse, sales and workshop administration. Your tasks Various types of invoicing tasks, including handling service contracts and handling warranty cases. Customer reception together with the other colleagues at the workshop office. The foreman's right hand in relation to administrative tasks in the office. Handling time records from mechanics for use as payroll data. Accounting and registration of incoming supplier invoices. Your qualifications You are outgoing with a good mood. You have knowledge of trucks and have technical knowledge and/or interest in the area. You can express yourself in written Danish. You are interested in an everyday life in front of the PC with administrative tasks. You are prepared for a sometimes hectic everyday life and can handle several balls in the air at once.
