Information systems administrator

What are you going to do?

Diagnosing and solving technical problems related to applications.

Providing support to application users, including resolving incidents and answering questions.

Creation and maintenance of detailed documentation on the configuration, installation and use of applications.

Writing user guides and manuals for end users of applications.

Required Qualifications:

Education: VSS (Higher education) in information technology, mathematics, economics or similar fields.

Knowledge of ERP systems: Previous experience with ERP systems, such as Mis2Open, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or others.

Knowledge of the basic elements of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and databases.

Ability to overcome technical challenges, as well as effective communication with users and team members.

Knowledge of SQL language for database management.
