WHAT DO YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR SUCCESSFUL TEAM?

Work experience of at least 1 year in administration and invoicing

Minimum secondary vocational education

Computer skills (MS Office and preferably SAP)

Precision, accuracy and commitment to work

Openness to cooperation and teamwork

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Printing and processing of documentation (shipping notes, waybills, import-export)

Conduct documentation control for incoming goods, goods intended for shipment to customers and vehicle compatibility

Monitor the shelf life of goods, the state of stock in the warehouse and the state of returnable packaging

Create records, receipt and shipping documentation for goods and packaging

Participate in the preparation of the census

Archive documentation
